60 seconds Meditation: What’s going on in you right now?
The best position for a 60-second meditation is sitting, to stay awake and focused without processing information. To relax, take deep breaths in through your nose, counting silently from one to ten, restarting when your mind wanders. Allow your feelings to surface, acknowledging and welcoming them, offering yourself the same compassion as a child. Acknowledge and learn from your emotions, making space for self-healing, and consider body scan meditation or self-hypnosis to release emotions. Embrace your feelings as a precious friendship for self-improvement and healing, especially during emotional triggers.
