Doing the work on yourself!

I am going to help you with this video understand how you can do the work on yourself. This is possible even while still stuck with the narcissist who has narcissistic personality disorder.

It is such a relief to manage and heal your own painful emotions when triggered by narcissists. You keep your power instead of handing it away to False Sources (narcissists). Trying to force them to help you is futile.

It is so beautiful to be anchored into your values and truths. This way, you are not precariously susceptible to people’s actions, decisions, and opinions of you.

What do you need to heal?

When you are self-partnered, you have entirely accepted all of your emotions as divine and meant to be. ‘You are showing me what I am in alignment with and what I need to heal within me.’ Then, you will become incredibly self-accepting. You will become self-loving and self-generative.

You will start to become and experience the glory of what it is to be an actualized human being. You will live life to your fullest potential. You will consciously align and integrate your subconscious with your conscious heart desires and super conscious Creator Self.

This is what Going inwards is all about!

Restoring the effects of narcissistic or emotional abuse can be a challenge.

But it is possible to heal. I encourage you to seek support during this difficult journey. Contact your loved ones and seek the help of a compassionate counselor. You are not alone!

Please know if you are stuck that you can get through this.

If you can take your time and breathe, you can start practicing your detachment. Change your focus from saying, “You are hurting me.” Instead, ask yourself, “What part inside me was just triggered? What can I now heal?” You will be amazed how quickly the power shifts back to you.
